25% on the first $20,000 collected

15% on balances collected over $20,000

Consumer Rates

Balances < $750.00 - 33.3%

Balances over $750.00 – 25%

Commercial Litigation

10% increase over normal rates. Client remains responsible for court costs and miscellaneous suit fees.

Consumer Litigation

Consumer litigation will be handled at a rate of 45%. Client remains responsible for court costs and filing fees.
